Hmm, I don’t actually know, I don’t know much about them at all. I don’t think Maite’s supposed to be that old, when she arrived, people acted like she’s still a youngish fashionable woman for whom it’s a little scandalous to be living alone. I don’t think she’s reached any kind of “safe” older woman status at all.
And yeah, when I first saw the playlist it only had a few clips subbed, they’re being added apace.
It’s from the anthology series Room 104, each episode is unconnected except it’s set in this one motel room. The eps can be anything, sometimes supernatural, sometimes drama, sometimes a happy ending, sometimes not, sometimes a twist, sometimes straightforward. Each ep has different actors. Hers was fairly mild, she’s a biologist who wakes up to a transformed room.
You absolutely don’t have to watch any of the others to watch this one.

19 eps of pure unrefined Juliantina (well, and a fair amount of Lupe and Panchito, which has led @dealanexmachina to theorize the movie might be set against the backdrop of their wedding), with some longer scenes and alternative edits.
I…have not. Lol, I’m terrible, I gif trailers for movies and then never watch them. But it did look very cute. ^_^
As I’ve said before, I’m a terrible judge at that kind of thing? She didn’t take me out of it and that’s all I needed? I mean, against a dude in a helmet and a muppet, I’m good with her, heh.
Same! It’d be so nice to go with it. Honestly, I still can’t believe we even have it, 12 hours of an official f/f cut with extra scenes. Really ending the ‘00s on a high. :’)
