Maca is Argentinian. However, she’s been working in Mexico for about 8-9 years now and undergone speech classes to neutralize her accent. She speaks almost Mexican at this point, her true accent can only be spotted every now and then. Even on interviews or when she’s talking as Maca, she no longer uses Argentinian grammar which is slightly different from grammar in Mexico.

Oh, okay, that’s cool to know.

bro it’s LIT! i hope Juliana inherited a couple of her father’s… skills? lol anyway going by the preview if she’s actually going to the house, the roles inverted and now she’s the one out here ready to risk it all for Val

…I’ll save you the lecture about how Juls has risked a lot already and nobody would ask her to risk her LIFE for this, lol, and just say that I underestimated the show again. Okay… I’m disappointed.

Aw, I’m sorry. I was already just happy they were even going to the effort of releasing it (obviously unless tonight’s episode is TERRIBLE and this was all just a distraction), like, people listening to us and paying attention to us is so rare. And I loved what they added, and without the sound? Whew.

Plus, how can you not love this official art??

I always thought val would be the one to break the pact since she’s always so unapologetic in going after what she wants and she has such a sheltered life until recently. This show brings so many surprises

I thought so too. She was under so much pressure, wasn’t answering the phone calls.

But I think it kind of couldn’t be her? The romance they’re selling is so epic and so star-crossed, her caving because of pressure just wouldn’t work. Of course that would be understandable in real life but in this story, it would come across as her not loving Juls enough. Instead, it broke because Juls loves her too much.
