just curious but do you rip the episodes yourself then gif them? the quality is so good! keep it up :)
Yep, I rip the GMA Pinoy TV unsubtitled versions when they air at midnight and then the subtitled version that airs the next day. The subtitles I use for the gifs are a mix of the TMRD tumblr’s, since they’re more natural, and the official, which I assume are closer to what the show intended, even if they’re occasionally stilted and too literal.
An interesting example of that is the line Jade drops before running off at the wake? The TRMD tumblr put “Because I love you too”, which I totally accept as the most solid translation.
But the official sub used “Because I’m in love with you too”, which…I couldn’t not use that. 😛

I know you said you’re not a fan of web series, but there’s one from Brazil that’s so good. It’s called Red, and it’s on Vimeo. It’s not a cutesy type web series but rather very sexy and just really good.
Ah-heh, I think cutesy is actually probably more my thing than very sexy, but, thank you for the rec, I do have it on my list so this will bump it higher. 🙂
