The comment thread on this Guardian article about quality TV makes for amusing reading. It quickly devolves into not US vs UK but US > UK, which is the opposite of the usual comments tone and also contradictory to what so many Americans on Tumblr seem to feel. I had no idea so many British people seem to hold Sherlock in contempt.
