14. Favorite place to read?

Anywhere, really. I used to like curling up in my room but now I have so many distractions (computer…) that I’ll usually read more away from there.

15. What is your policy on book lending?

I’m good with it but the borrower best appreciate. Otherwise I’ll take it back. >:(

16. Do you ever dog-ear books?

Apparently I used to? Got yelled at for it by my sister. It was already falling apart, I swear!

Ooh, I’ve never actually done this kind of thing before. Lessee.

1. Favorite childhood book?

Hmmm. Hmmm. So many to pick from. Oh! Actually. We had this set of those abridged, illustrated Moby classics? And I must have read The Count of Monte Cristo a million times. So weird that that’s what I go back to, not Roald Dahl or Nancy Drew or whatever.

2. What are you reading right now?

Just started Connie Willis’s Doomsday Book.

9. Least favorite book you read this year (so far)?

Oh, that’s tough to answer. I’m a lot harsher with books now than I used to be; if I don’t like it within a certain number of pages, I’ll probably just drop it. Would it count if I haven’t finished it? I did drop this one book pretty much in the second page when the main character realized she’d driven drunk the night before, so drunk that she didn’t even remember, and was actually grateful because it meant she had her car with her.

10. Favorite book you’ve read this year?

Cheating because I was actually rereading it but it’s my favorite~ Hellspark, by Janet Kagan.
